Brassworks on Grove is an office complex created by 3 local Montclarians, Bob Silver, Jack Finn and John Reimnitz. The complex consists of 2 industrial buildings that were converted and restored. Within the buildings are a variety of office tenants and a gallery which focuses on showing local artists work. The original brick structure dates back to the turn of the last century and the name of the complex, Brassworks, derives from the history of the site.
